Return Policy
Pop’s Pet Products wants you to be confident about placing an order with us. We take every measure to insure your order is shipped safely, but in the unlikely case of damage, please contact us within 14 days. Returns may be made for credit or exchange for any of our products sold through our website at same dollar value. We will not grant refunds, credits or exchanges for any opened animal treats, dog chews or food items, with the exception of the unlikely event that when you open your package the product is spoiled.
